The machine base utilizes an integrated, symmetrical cast design with a three-pointsupport structure, effectively controlling thermal deformation of the bed andensuring higher precision for slender workpieces.
The guide bushing seat features a lightweight design, allowing for quicker and moreconvenient adjustment and replacement, its guide bushing chuck can be adjustedaxially, making it more suitable for turning and miling slender parts.
The spindle employs Taiyang's self-developed forward-push clamping mechanism.Both the spindle chuck and guide bushing chuck utilize standardized market-available components,resulting in lower costs, improved compatibility, andshortened product debugging cycles.
Based on the standard machine, a second channel has been activated with theaddition of X2 and Z2 axes, enhancing driling speed for deep-hole machining by 5%-10%. The second channel also adopts a modular design, enabling faster adjustmentsand customization for products with specific requirements.
