The machine base adopts an integrated, symmetrical cast design with a 3-pointsupport structure, which better controls thermal deformation of the bed and ensureshigher precision for slender workpieces.
The guide bushing seat features a lightweight design, allowing for easier and quickeradjustments and replacements. The guide bushing chuck can be adjusted forwardand backward, making it more suitable for turning and miling slender parts.
The spindle utiizes Taiyang's self-developed front-push clamping spindle. Both thespindle chuck and guide bushing chuck use standardized market-availablecomponents, resulting in lower costs,stronger compatibiity, and a shortenedproduct debugging cycle.
Compared with standard models, this machine is equipped with an additional sub-spindle. The sub-spindle features a modular design that offers easy operation andmaintenance, strong compatibility, and a compact footprint.
