The machine base adopts an integrated, symmetrical cast design with a 3-pointsupport structure, which better controls thermal deformation of the bed and ensureshigher precision for slender workpieces.
The guide bushing seat features a lightweight design, allowing for easier and quickeradjustments and replacements. The guide bushing chuck can be adjusted forwardand backward, making it more suitable for turning and milling slender parts.
The spindle utilizes Taiyang's self-developed front-push clamping spindle. Both thespindle chuck and guide bushing chuck use standardized market-availablecomponents,resulting in lower costs,stronger compatibility, and a shortenedproduct debugging cycle.
